Integrity Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning, Grand Rapids

Mark and his trainee came by my home today for air duct cleaning- I found them on Groupon and this is the worst experience Ive ever had with a vendor. The refused to show me before and after pictures, saying taking pictures is extra, did not take down the air vents to clean, upon leaving when my ac turned back on TONS of dirt fell out and all over my clean home and argued with me at the home when I visibly saw dirt falling as they did the cleaning- when I asked him to please clean the mess he informed me he was not a cleaning crew but if I insisted he could sweep it up. Horrible customer service and when I called the company to give feedback and see what resolution we could come to they informed me the owner would call within the hour- He called and I found out the owner was Mark who came to my house! He was upset with the feedback and had no resolution, gave me excuses for everything, no accountability and was so argumentative- it was very frustrating and it was $500 WASTED!!! In less than 30 mins they were done with work and it was subpar at best. COMPLETE WASTE! The ad below and many others offer exactly what was asked for but at 1/5 the price. The resolution they have is having someone come examine the air ducts to see if it needs cleaning again but 1. how can they tell if they cannot take before pictures 2. they have yet to call with coordinating the schedule- when I asked about next availability the owner informed me the technicians travel from state to state doing this work and who know when someone will be available to come to my home. Again this was the biggest scam, no accountability, excuses and I am NOT satisfied at all and see no forward path for resolution.

They do not CLEAN your air ducts like the commercial for Blackmon Morning shows. They hook a huge suction machine to one of your air vents and it runs 15 minutes and that’s it. My returns & vents didn’t get cleaned. I should have done my homework. Im 14 months post cancer and was looking forward to this getting done for my in home air quality. The name is AIR DUCT CLEANING. The team members arrived promptly and explained what was included in the service and the total cost before they started. They were thorough with their work and finished quickly. Happy with the service.

Such an amazing deal. The guy who came to do the cleaning was so nice and gave me a lesson on duct cleaning, which I really appreciated! Highly recommend. It’s so gross what we are breathing in everyday with dirty ducts.
