My primary feedback is with Groupon. The business closed before the coupon expired. I notified you of that fact, along with my statement that I have visited the business and found it closed and that I had also read in the newspaper that a trampoline place is scheduled to open in the space in January. Your delayed responses to me keep asking me to prove the business is closed.
It's only $11, so it isn't a big deal financially. On the other hand, I'm quite disappointed with your response.

I really like Monkey Joe's. My problem is that I also purchased a birthday party groupon in November which I was told yesterday (December) I will NOT be able to use for my child's party. I was told the facility is closing BEFORE the groupon expires and that this was KNOWn at the time of the groupon.
Dirty trick, guys.
