Roxy has great energy as a personal trainer but I don't think the Groupon was advertised well. Roxy doesn't have her own gym to train you out of. So if you prefer outside workout and alternatives than she s your girl. But this is misleading if you are interested in working out at a gym to further your workout knowledge.

I've had the opportunity to work with Roxy for a few months now and I strongly recommend her services. When we first meet she took notes on my goals and has been super helpful with meal recommendations and checking in on how I'm eating. I've been amazed at the variety and difficulty of exercises we've done using almost only body weight and free weights. I love that I can do the same workouts on my own when I need to. She has also adjusted our routine over time to fit where I am and I always end my sessions sweaty and worn out—in a good way. Roxy is very transparent with the pricing of her services, extremely flexible around my schedule, and always easy to get in touch with via email and phone. Perhaps more important than anything is Roxy's personality. She is quite laid back and open minded, which makes her very easy to talk to. It's clear that she's passionate about health and you should definitely give her the chance to pass that passion on to you. P.S. Look her up on Groupon and you might be able to find a deal. Roxy is amazing. She's very fun and works with you where you're at. A very down to earth gal who will greet you with a smile and "Weeeee" bright and early in the morning. You will get stronger and notice the differences in your body. Love her, super helpful :)
