Finally tried A Cajun Life - Bethany location. Having lived in New Orleans for years, I'm always looking for good, or at least passable, Cajun food. It wasn't very authentic - the Po-boy bread wasn't crusty and soft and the beignets were more like scones. It also took 40 minutes to get our order, and there was only one other person in the place. Real Cajun, Real Fast? Nope.
