The shredding works like this: insured drivers come and take the documents to a plant where they empty them into a secured room. Then, the papers are fed into a shredder and formed into a large bale. The bale then travels to a mill, where the ink is removed, and the paper is cleaned, pressed, and remade into office supplies or even tissues.
