This was a beautiful experience Excellent massage therapist was attentive and considerate. She did a great job and was very confident in her technique. Just the right amount of pressure, a pop softer touch where needed. So professional, so relaxing. I would rate this massage a 10 for sure.

I called 3 times to make an appointment and no one ever returned my phone call. I was not able to use the certificate, such a waste!

Hi Susan. I keep meticulous notes from my messages and I don’t have anything from a Susan M. If a voicemail was left 3 times, that would have negated an error on my part if one was accidentally deleted. If you read the fine print, when the promotional value expires, the amount paid is considered a credit towards services. I believe your voucher expired on March 19th. Groupon sends reminders to use your voucher before the expiration date, and you could have contacted them and asked for a refund which they would have granted. I am sorry for your experience.
