Unprofessional, rude con-artist! Below are threatening texts I received from Simone after I waited over 40 minutes for her to show up for my appointment. I requested a refund. She became combative with me, claiming that she wasn't notified that I had checked in. Even the receptionist said Simone was running late. Therefore, I paid for a service that I did not receive.

Alma paid twice for her massage. after trying to refund her through Groupon she said she didn’t want it refunded to that card. As if I can fix that. She came to the business 16 minutes past her appointment time, checked in under the wrong person and the got mad because she was very much so in the wrong. This 50 something year old woman disturbed the peace & called me the most offensive slur a 54 year old black woman could think of as she ran out of the building calling me a ignorant n*****.
