Do NOT do business with them, they were 2 hours late and only showed up after I had to called and remind them. Within 10 minutes of being at my home the guy providing the service leg literally came crashing through my ceiling. He didn't know not to step on the insulation! He then sent the pictures that he took to his manager who promised to pay for the damages. Of course they never contacted me and have since stopped taking my calls. Thanks to Groupon it wasn't a total loss as they promptly refunded my money! Still working to get the damage paid for!

The duck guys came to my house and tell me that they can do any service for my voucher because I buy the voucher from 3rd party vendor. To do any kind of service in my chimney I have to pay $500. This is not what was said in the listing. I really want my money back because I didn't get any service.
