I asked while she was cutting my hair if it would still be orange after it dried. She said no, because it's a blue base. I hate the color. It seems to be really brassy looking like I tried to bleach it at home. My roots do not match the rest of my hair. My hair is darker than my roots by several shades. I pulled it into a pony tail and it looks silly. And to top it off, my forehead it really red and itchy. It's about 1/2" all the way across my hairline. While she was washing it, she put extra shampoo on it because it's suppose to help with the itchyness. When I called back after I got home, I was told it couldn't be fixed until next week. This is Monday and I refuse to wait a week.

Stylist kept going in and out to smoke so they smelled like smoke. Overbooked. I had to wait 45 min to be pulled back and no one even apologized. I brought in a picture of what I wanted cut and the stylist said no problem, but she cut my hair inchs shorter than the picture (even though she knew that I was nervous about such a drastic length cut). My appointment was at 10:30am and I did not leave until 1:45 (all I got was a cut and highlights). The stylist kept trying to upsell my package. I had to rearrange childcare and was late to picking my children up from school (again no apologizes). My hair is uneven in the back.

Lita did my hair and it has never looked better! She was very quick and knowledgable. I will definitely return.
