The massage itself was great. But she had double booked the first time I went (I had to come back), and the interior of the building was kind of shabby.

I apologize for being human. You were able to have your massage that day, my client was willing to go but you offered for her to take it. I am looking to make some changes at the shop. When you mentioned shabby could you elaborate and explain what I could do to make it not so shabby?
