terrible customer service. car was not detailed. wiped down with what seems like a dirty wet rag. were not apologized to. were not reimbursed. business refused to perform service advertised. a 280 dollar service for what we could have done ourselves free in 5 minutes. very disgusted and disappointed. cars look not different accept for the sloppy wipedown. crumbs and dirt everywhere. didnt even smell clean. actually looks worse from the dirty rag streaks.
