I got totally scammed on this and Groupon is not helping! Queen never returned my calls or emails, and yet it says redeemed! Makes me not want to use Groupon anymore.

I was scammed! I purchased this groupon. Contacted the people by email as instructed. They never came to my residence to provide cleaning service but redeemed the voucher.
