The owner personally helped her staff to resolve a registration matter. The 1st class that I participated in was intense enough and really was a good evaluation marker for my current fitness level. Knowing what to expect during class is informative for my individual preparation and nutrition. The instructor and participants were very friendly and encouraging. It felt good being in a class setting which is something I'm not privy to in my fitness history. I'm looking forward to returning to class to learn and improve.
