My Gym has been providing a safe, clean, and noncompetitive environment to nurture young minds and bodies since 1983. The guidance of warm and experienced instructors leads students through predetermined education paths, open play, and exercise regimens that allow kids to have fun while learning balance, coordination, agility, social skills, structure, and self-esteem. The staff take students aged 6 weeks to 13 years under their collective wing in a program that's based on extensive sociological, psychological, and physiological research. The end result is a system that prioritizes positive reinforcement and an array of programs carefully tailored to specific age groups and developmental processes.
