Never I mean never use this merchant they will lie and say they gave you a service and I have never been to this office she sent a text to tell me I couldn't come because of covid in her office. If I paid for 6 services how did i receive a service i never went to the office but I will show up with 911 I guarantee and the text message. The business is a fraud People do no waste your money .groupon

Sorry about the misunderstanding, but Carloline and her husband K , have both seen my office , not to mention I’ve been very attentive to the 10 calls a day . Caroline also refused to fill out consent form , and book Online.

Nikki is very personable and goes out of her way to customize your sessions to what best meets YOUR needs. Today she CHOSE to cancel my appt due to Covid exposure, which I don’t think many people would do as it results in a loss of income for her. In addition, to make up for the inconvenience, she offered an extra session for free. These are all a testament to her character and professionalism!

The merchant replied to my review but did not attempt to rectify the discrepancy. I have called the number associated with the merchant and no response to reschedule. I contacted Groupon and they have sided with the merchant unwilling to offer a refund or mediate a resolution. And for the record, I was not late rather early. Caveat Emptor!!!
