We are a community-based wellness center offering Mind-Body Therapies, Nutritional Counseling, Panchakarma (deep tissue detox), Yoga Therapy, and Ayurvedic Herbology. Owned and operated by three Ayurveda and Yoga Practitioners, who passionately offer a completely holistic approach to health!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To offer our community a service-based health center, that takes a whole-person, whole-life approach.

The beautiful people that come through our doors, and witnessing them transform their health!
