You are my WHY!

I have been a coach for over 10 years. Most of my time has been spent as a soccer coach at the D1 collegiate level. I got into coaching because I have always wanted to positively impact the players on my team. Over time I have realized that true life change comes in community in the lessons learned off the field. I find purpose in developing young women and their allies. So why just stop with my players? I want to help you make positive life change from an empowered and educated place. I founded 21st Century Women in 2019 with the goal of positively impacting over 5,000 young women and their allies. We are about encouraging, educating and empowering the next generation of female leaders. We do this through daily encouragement on our social media pages, online mentoring and Women Empowering Women Conferences. Our mission is to be a community devoted to empowering young women for social, economic, cultural and political advancement.
