This deal sucks- its basically a wipe down and quick vacuum. Nothing you couldn't do yourself or pay your neighborhood kid $20 to do. Do NOT expect them to spend any time on pet fur, stains, or spills in the car, because they made it VERY clear when I called to make my appointment that this is not a serious cleaning and that my car should basically be semi-clean and uncluttered before bringing it in. (I should've cancelled my groupon then, but I figured that maybe the guy on the phone was just a little severe... NOPE. They're all like that) My car had glass in it from when my window was broken into (under the mat, I was unaware) and they charged me a $25 hazard fee on top of the cleaning to simply vacuum it up- no advance warning that there would be an extra fee for something like this. I feel like they could've just put the mat back down and left it, since they hardly gave me a thorough vacuum anyway. Would avoid this place for any service based on the attitudes of the staff.

All the gentlemen that were provided excellent customer service. The tint on my daughters Subaru was great! No issues.

The staff was great; Patrick and Keona were fun to work with and also provided further info re future services they offer about auto detailing. Our car looked new when they finished. Thank you guys!

I wlwouldnt know how Car Toys is because I've never been there, my voucher is missing and I have had no replies from Groupon.
