I purchased a Groupon for Galaxy S4 repair/cracked screen for $69. I took my phone in. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I went to run an errand. Came back an hour later. Phone was still not ready. Was told since the phone was still factory sealed that it takes a lot to remove cracked screen. Oddly, he later came out and said I have a refurbished phone. This is absolutely not true. I bought this phone brand new from Best Buy. I have the original box and broke the factory seal the day I purchased it. About an hour and half in tech came out to tell me that before he puts new screen on, that unless he installs 3 sensors that my phone will not function as it did when I brought it in. He says it will be $20 for each sensor for a total of $60. Outrageous! No where in this Groupon does it say sensors will no longer function without additional cost during screen repair. Why was this not told to me before they took my entire phone apart. I felt like I was squeezed for extra money. After much back and forth he agreed to replace all the sensors for $20 and that this was his cost for the sensors. He said since I was a Groupon customer that Groupon would pay the difference for the cost of the sensors. Really? If that's the case then why was I being asked to pay $60 to begin with? The fact that this was never stated in the Groupon fine print or when I presented my phone for repair makes me feel like this added cost was shady and made up. I paid the extra $21.65 ransom he asked for. I didn't have a choice at this point. It took almost 2 hours for my phone to be finished. Over promising and under delivering is never a good business plan. If this was a legitimate charge it needs to be stated in the Groupon. Adding extra costs once the phone is their hands dismantled is no way to create trust. Also the lights at the bottom where sensors are no longer illuminate as they did when I brought my phone in. I'm disappointed to say the least.

I took my iPad to have the screen replaced. They did that, but somehow turned the screen a pinkish hue. When I asked them about it, they said they weren't responsible for any damage they cause. Outrageous! I would never recommend this place.

The groupon price doesn't include taxes, which only came out to about $3 for my $45 repair. No appointment was necessary, and the young lady behind the counter was very friendly. The place could use more waiting chairs.
