Whatever cleaning process they used damaged the silk fabric on my dress. The item also wasn't ready on time. Not impressive for a 'fine' cleaners.

They insisted on a paper coupon. I had to go back and get the printout of the groupon. To me that is old school. I won't go there

Not really. The regular rates are quite high so the coupon really is the reason I was able to afford the service.
