I think the place was under staff. Was a little disappointed. But the food was good.
Service was awful, despite being nearly empty they couldn’t sit us at the hibachi and sat us at a table instead, We ordered 2 meals, but they only cooked one and didn’t start the second until the first was delivered, my wife was almost finished before my food arrived. The appeal of a Japanese Steak House is the experience without that it is just an overpriced meal in a boring restaurant.
See your fresh food prepared is always a tast enhancer. Great food service and chef.
Don’t waste your money! Food was horrible.
I thought the food was good. I went to the restaurant with my husband and the waitress added 15% gratuity on the bill automatically. The asked people behind us to move after a family walked in. We don’t plan to go back.

Fun and tasty place to eat! Highly recommended! Will purchase this again.
Shrimp was over cooked, and was tasteless.
Iceberg lettuce was mostly core, very little green.
Soup tasted like hot water with a few onions in it.
Excellent food and dining experience. We will definitely return!!
From Our Editors
Dining tables house massive hot griddles at Koby Japanese Steakhouse. On one side, chefs deftly dance with blades and flames, transforming food preparation into a show. During dinner, they dice meats, juggle knives, and sculpt fried rice into massive hearts before divvying up portions and delivering them to guests’ plates, which line their work station. For the finale, they prepare proteins like chicken and lobster in signature sauces, then disappear in puffs of steam rising from freshly cleaned grills.
