Received a msg to call for an appt after buying the groupon. Was told i could be seen immediately. Everything was as expected until the shellac. Must have been a bad bottle but because they had another appt they clearly didnt plan for when ok'ing my mani/pedi, i was then subjected to an accelerated attempt to fix the botched polish. I finally had to ask the tech to please stop filing and drilling...my fingers are so sore and bleeding in places...and just put a strengthener coat on. My toenails dont look great either. The front desk didnt ask or offer anything as far as being able to offer feedback and still charged me full price for a pedicure that was cut short and polish botched. Wont return.
