This class is wonderful! The instructor and other participants are super friendly and VERY patient with my totally out of shape body. All are super encouraging. I HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent boot camp! It can be difficult at the first but with the serious motivation from the instructor and support of the group, you feel determined !! A variety of exercises to push you over the limit. Each session is like an achievement as I feel stronger.
