What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We care and love your pet like our own. At Otter Lake Grooming, your pet is an individual, and very special to us. In our never-ending quest for excellence we believe that quality training and development and continuous improvements are the factors that allow us to stand out from the rest.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My pet used to get very stressed while being groomed. We went to many different salons and to no avail, no one had the patience and love for my dog as I did. This is what inspired me to start grooming. I know that with my calm, loving nature, I can help most pets through a stressful experience.

What do you love most about your job?
I love taking care of pets and forming relationships with clients. Developing the bond with both pet and human are very rewarding.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
