Hi S, considering we don't have a full name, it is hard to respond. What I would assume is that you had more vents, returns, etc and did not see that it was additional for those. We do recommend each customer read all of the terms prior to purchasing. We also send a confirmation spelling out the same terms prior to service. Hi, I just saw this and looked over your invoice. We sent you before and after pictures of some vents and returns. you asked us to do 12 additional vents $120, 5 additional returns $75 and you added on the dryer vent at $119. You requested we not do any additional main line cleaning. All of the additional charges are spelled out in the terms and giving us a 1 star review based on the cost that you had to read prior to purchasing and on our confirmation email is unfair. We did exactly what you asked for, no more and no less. Also, all of the additional costs are gone over prior to starting so that we are all in the same page on exactly what you the customer would like done. We do appreciate your bisiness and by the pictures, which we are happy to share if inquired upon, we know the job was done satisfactory.
