What goes great with a salmon burger topped in spicy tarter sauce? A side of sweet potato fries, a tall glass of beer, and a couple of games of bowling. Luckily, you can find every one of those at Diamond Bowl, which bills its eight lanes and full-service restaurant as a boutique bowling alley.
Between strikes and spares, players can share plates of pulled pork nachos, then dine on entrees such as burnt end sandwiches. Diamond Bowl also has places for simply relaxing: comfy couches are set at the ends of lanes, and booths welcome visitors to play Jenga, cards, or games of Name That Camera Angle while watching the HDTVs.
