It might sound strange or even impossible at first, but the instructors at Breathe Yoga insist that there's a way to breathe using your entire body. It starts with letting go—of physical concerns, mental barriers, and anything else that might bind you. If this sounds difficult, don't worry. The studio's level-specific Vinyasa classes welcome students of all abilities, walking them through the breathing and stretching exercises at a pace that's appropriate to them. But Breathe Yoga doesn't merely offer yoga classes; massage therapy, meditation workshops, and Thai bodywork round out the service menu.
