Inner Balance is a practice that focuses on the individual. Our massage and bodywork is catered to your specific needs mixing both Eastern and Western practices to promote wellness, encourage self-care and support your search for inner balance.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
In each class, you will focus on one area of the body to provide enough time to discover the muscles groups in the focus area, learn massage techniques, & practice massage techniques. Bring comfortable attire for this massage course - we may be sitting, standing, or lying down.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With a background in movement based performance art and dance and a passion for healing, Inner Balance collaborates with healthcare practitioners and healers to bring balance to the body and the mind while providing the highest quality, professional, therapeutic massage to each client.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with a wide range of clients from pain management to relaxation is what Inner Balance loves most. Each therapeutic massage is a combination of modalities to include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Clinical Massage and Sports Massage
