I purchased this groupon in April and communicated several times with Mr. Strawbridge about setting up an appointment. He told me he was booked up tight working around all of the spring rains. I kept trying every couple of weeks. In late August I contacted him again via email...Thanks for the reminder. I will be calling you next week to set appointment. Were you wanting it waterproofed, sealed and stained as well as cleaned? For the value of the voucher only, we can powerwash your deck since it is only 12 by 12 size. The voucher is meant to be used as a discount towards deck enhancements such as staining, etc. There will be additional cost for our silicone-cedar waterproofing, sealing and staining. We also replace boards and build decks. If you replace boards yourself, that will save money. Thanks, LOarry... Then I did not hear from him until September 17....after several emails going back and forth he asked if I just wanted a refund....I said at this time of year....I would.

There were 3 level of Groupons available to buy with Master Finish. I bought the most expensive/deluxe one. it was $150 for $500 worth of "deck enhancements". All I wanted out of this was my deck power washed and stained. i was even willing to pay a little more on top of the Groupon value, but the only three options given to me were the Super Premium option, with a lifetime warranty for $3400, the Premium option for $2800 and just power wash it for an additional $200. So, there were no options available to me for just the Groupon amount of $150. I had to spend an additional $200, so $350 total, to have my deck power washed. The power wash was thorough, but I still need my deck stained

We ended up spending considerably more than the Groupon but the final product is great.
