What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Always have possessed entrepreneurial spirit. After several attepts in various other businesses I knew a trait required to experience success was passion. Helping clients become healthier and feel better about themselves came as a natural selection because you are giving so much of yourself.

What do you love most about your job?
Flexibility and working with individuals one on one contributing to a better quality of life
