I bought the coupon for $45 but they still charge me another 40 bucks. I didn’t show my Groupon coupon at beginning and their invoice is $70. but after I showed my coupon, they gave me the new price which is $40. So that means if I don’t buy Groupon coupon and go their directly I can save $15. That’s ridiculous. I don’t know it’s Groupon’s problem or the shop’s problem but I feel I was being fooled. I was in a hurry to work and didn’t argue about the price but I am not satisfied with the experience.

Guy at the front desk is not very friendly and does not knows anything about customer service. I went in for an oil change. I had an appointment and had a Groupon. He denied my Groupon because he says I can only buy it once but no where in the Groupon does it say that. It says you can buy 3 times. I did not want to argue with him so I just left. You just lost a customer over something dumb. Bye!
