About Triad Yoga

The instructors at Triad Yoga & Pilates lead classes that not only strengthen students' bodies, but also increase their awareness. The studio's seven yoga classes cater to various skill levels and needs. Beginners might try out a hatha yoga session, while more experienced yogis head to a flow class. Meanwhile, two Pilates classes offer floor exercises that create leaner, stronger muscles or traditional Pilates exercises at a faster pace.

Clean facility that includes mats and other props. The instructors really care about you and your yoga practice.

I didn't use my voucher because I never had the chance to use it! I called the number many many times to make the reservation but no one answered. I left several voice messages and even emailed Mark (the founder). NO ONE has replied to me. I doubt it might be a scam.
