Jazzercise Southside Fitness Center on Beach Boulevard is a one-hour jazzercise workout class that combines cardio, strength training and dance for a total-body fitness session set to music. Certified instructors lead dancers through a warm-up before segueing into 30 minutes of aerobic dance with intuitive, energized footwork, all synced to a mix of Top 40, jazz, country, hip hop, funk, rock and Latin jams. Instructors incorporate hand weights to build strength, and stretches to increase body tone and flexibility. Jazzercise Jacksonville Southside Fitness Center also offers Body Sculpting and Jazzercise Express classes, to target specific fitness goals and body areas. The wood floor studio space is ample and large, and no experience is necessary.
