I hate writing bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I purchased the most expensive Groupon for PDO threads for cheeks & jowls for over $800. There was never any discussion of possibly needing more threads or the per thread price. She did the threads & did not take into consideration proper placement or that one side was possibly already tighter then the other. It looked like I had a stroke & my lip was higher one side. She said don't worry I'll place more threads to even it out. Again not mentioning the cost. I ended up paying another $500! Aside from that, she uses only numbing lotion & good lord it is so painful. Everyone else I spoke with their "real" injector used lidocaine in the needle to numb the area first. I was in so much pain & bruised & swollen. She also placed the fixer threafs too superficially & I have a huge hard lump on my face. I texted her twice about fixng it & she said she would do microneedling for another for $385. I expressed my concern & am now getting threats from her. I have documentation to prove all of this.

Shumeka was absolutely knowledgeable and experienced. Very informative and patient. I will be going again and sending referrals.

Horrible. Im still bruised. I feel traumatized! I have NEVER had such a scarey experience with a aesthetician before in my life. I'm not here to bash anyone, just know this....please ladies go to a professional. The few extra bucks is not worth ruining your face
