This is a welcoming fitness center with knowledgeable staff and good facilities.

The gym/church has a very friendly staff and great equipment available for members. The church is nice and quiet so you can work out in peace and don’t have to worry about people throwing weights around. My only complaint would be that they are not open on Sundays, but this being a church is understandable. I am excited that I signed up and love it so far!
