It used to be that the sessions could be redeemed over a year's time, as long as you cashed in the groupon in time. Now the expiration date on the sessions is the same date the groupon expires for redemption. No way to use all the sessions in just a month's time.

When my son asked where the drinking fountain was, he was told that the only water available was the bottled water for sale. This company has a very money-focused business instead of a child and family business, which would make them more money if they were customer service oriented. The new facility is not an improvement. Probably cheaper to run, but not better. You just barely remodeled this location, and took out the water fountain that used to be available for customer use. It reflects poorly on your management that you don't have water available without paying an additional fee.

This new location is much smaller with less to offer but the prices are the same. We arrived 45 minutes prior to closing because bouncin' bears decided to close at 4PM on Halloween, but we were not offered a discount.
