What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We use an objective based training method that allows us to work with each member to achieve their goals. We're a performance gym, but we can improve the performance of anyone - from a grandmother who wants to play with her grandkids, to a marathon runner who wants to shave 10 minutes off their time
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our classes are always small (fewer than 10 people), and this allows us to work with each individual. We know your strengths and your weaknesses, and we can work with you throughout the class so that you can get the best workout possible.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the community that we're creating at KyBRa Athletics. We work with people from all walks of life, and it's amazing to see the transformation that they go through, both mentally AND physically.
