Wish I read more reviews before booking. Scheduled for 10am over the phone but got a notification that it was scheduled for 11am instead. During cleaning, my tenant told me that personal items were being moved around and they felt uncomfortable. I was never told by the company that they needed to move anything or would touch their personal items. Also invoice was sent 10 days after the cleaning.

we apologize that your experience was not superb. We move things around to get to carpet areas that needs cleaning. we would move the lighter things. it's never been an issue, what has been an issue is that we don't move things around. We understand we can not please everyone, we all operate differently. we apologize for moving your things that were necessary to clean more space. I suggest making it clear that you don't want your whole carpet clean and to just clean the exposed area. We apologize for getting the invoice to you late, at times this occurs when the customer fail to leave an email on file. I did notice that nothing was said about the cleaning and judging by the minor things you're complaining about you would have definitely complained about the cleaning so I'm guessing that was superb..
