Love how clean the gym and locker rooms are! The staff are very attentive, and the personal trainer very knowledgeable. Love it there!

I went on the last day / the day it expired(yeah, I procrastinated) and they couldn't redeem my voucher. That was last Monday. I was told the manager would be in touch with me to correct it and I still have not heard back (it's Friday.)
I am bummed.
