My nail toe broke the next day ,but what bothers me that she didn’t answer my calls and text to get to fix it

I waited 30 min past my appointment time. I was asked to sit on a bench, not a pedicure chair. Ok. For my pedicure I was sat in a chair as though I was getting a manicure. And she pulled my feet up to her on the other side each time.
No water. No scrubbing. No lotion. I don’t consider that a pedicure. Maybe I’m wrong. Just gel ($15 extra for French).

This is Damaris From sirenclaws where you got the voucher from Groupon! Sorry that you had to wait. Things happen specially when is close to a holiday. Yes I ask you to sit on the bench because that’s where clients wait before gatting a service done. Also we don’t sit client in pedicures chairs if you are not getting a pedicure. Also you came in for gel on the toes that that is not a pedicure like I explain to you so therefore no water no Lotion or massages need to be done. Yes extra things are extra like French is extra any where you go. The voucher is only one full color and doesn’t include French. You got a regular manicure that it was not scheduled but I accommodate you to do it. Let me not say that you send only $20 even though you kind of got a service totally free. Because you didn’t pay for the mani. If you where so un happy with the service you should have said something which you look every happy at the end of the service. Have a blessed day.
