About Experience Outdoors

Thrill seekers find just that at Experience Outdoors, where a zipline course sends them soaring above the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Accompanied by two guides, up to eight tour takers outfitted with safety gear spend 2–3 hours zipping through the forest canopy. Each tour spans 7 zip lines across 2000' of line, plus suspension bridges that let guests slow down to enjoy the view between the trees.

In addition to airborne adventures, guides from Experience Outdoors lead excursions on land and water. Changing seasons bring opportunities for custom trips such as hiking and camping or whitewater rafting in the Hudson River Gorge.

These folks were awesome! I have some handicaps and they made sure I was able to complete course and actually encouraged me throughout! My two guides were super nice and very capable. I would love to do again, it was great!

The whole staff was extremely friendly and fun. The guides really kept it fun and were so encouraging to those that were hesitant. They even gave some history about Lake Placid. Can't wait to return!
