"At Body By X, members learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, a key to achieving fitness goals." That just one part of the Body By X mission: to get exercisers past their fitness hurdles so the gym becomes a place associated with success and development. Inside the welcoming facility, trainers help clients develop their bodies in pursuit of just about any fitness goal, including losing weight, gaining weight, improving bone density, or boosting confidence. Among the many offerings, the space houses free weights, cardio machines, and a basketball court as well as a fly gym, where instructors lead students through exercises that combine yoga and Pilates fundamentals with a suspension-cable system. Trainers also lead cycling, rowing, stretch and TRX classes, as well as sport-specific training for athletes and personal training for individuals.
