I felt that the older kids were bullying the smaller kids and that the play was far too rough and aggressive for such a contained space. No supervision by other parents at all(as I was keeping 5-10 year olds from taking every single toy my 2 year old daughter tried to play with or keep them from running her over, they were all on their ipads and laptops). The area for kids 3 and under is small and very disappointing. It would be wonderful for a 6 month old, but even then much older kids were playing in there, so it was not fun for any of the toddlers that were trying to play without getting trampled.

Great concept, but membership prices are a bit expensive.
