It's a busy place , make an appointment a week prior.

They oversold the Groupon, it took 2months to get an appt. I bought a 6series pkg for pre holiday use and didnt get an appt till late jan. Then the "equipment" broke down and they cancelled my first 2 appts, stating i would get an additional treatment for each cancellation. Then backtracked on that offer stating it was only one treatment per package. When i finally got my appt, it was a room rented in a beauty salon and not an actual Plastic Surgeons office. This seems out of line for a reputable doctor. The machine was an outdated discontinued model which has repeatedly broken down and probably ineffective. I have only had one treatment but im not expecting much and would not recommend.
