I love it! The workouts are challenging, but the instructor is motivating to help you push through it. Friendly & uplifting atmosphere. Will be back.

They closed the business down without informing the customers. Worst classes ever also. Tried to reach out to owner for class schedules and went there on three different occasions and the door was closed. I texted the individual and she never got back to me I only found out that this place had closed its business from the nearby Veganbites establishment. This place was a total fraud

It was a fun class, tough workout, there was a sense of community with the people you could tell were regulars. Welcoming and inviting, easy to follow along, friendly instructor and staff.
