The employees there are very helpful and friendly....and they have lots of different items to choose from.

They have friendly helpful employees. I think they have a lot of seasonal workers, which makes sense. But, they need to be more informed when presented with questions. I asked about a price, and was instructed to go to the counter and ask the mgr. Wrong answer. I get better customer service at Wal-Mart. Their prices are not competitive. The only time I go there, is when I have a groupon. There's a different party store much closer to my home with extremely better prices. The service I received when checking out was good, even though none of the clerks behind the counter knew how to redeem the groupon. The mgr. did. Thx for all the great offers!!!

Party USA has a large variety of themes & party supplies. However, when you didn't have the one item I needed in stock, the item was quickly transferred from another store to the store I shop at & I had it in time for my party. I appreciated not having to run across and around town to find this item. Thanks! I definitely will buy another party usa Groupon in the future.

Went Saturday (3 days ago) - they were out of 75% of their utensil & tablecloth wall. I had to have them transfer from another store. They said the order was coming Tuesday to fill the wall. I went Tuesday, wall STILL empty! And it was VERY cumbersome to use my 2 groupon I was allowed to buy. Personally I think this store is struggling to make it, and lack of inventory proves it.
