Primavera Pizza, Las Vegas

I never received my order from them. I am actually trying to figure out how to get the my money back. They were confused about how the Groupon worked they told me I could only dine in I clearly read carry out. I asked to speak to a manager which resulted in the phone being passed to 3 different people and then him hanging up the phone in my face I am very disappointed with the way this was handled especially since I already spent my money. I am contacting the department of consumer affairs as well as the Better Business Bureau this business is totally unorganized and I'm sure are not operating according to state regulations I was called a racial slur and I am not okay with that at all. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Groupon and so have my fiendsbit this mad me reconsider the app altogether. I don't like the idea of my money being spent without product and the business being able to degrade or speak to me in a way that I'm sure they wouldn't handle a customer who they were trying to recieve their money
