The service work was done to standard and the crew that came to our house was professional but disappointed in the follow of the office. We were told that maintenance is required and a report would be done up to explain.We were told by them what needs to be done and will send us a report. My husband called two weeks ago and was told that we would receive one, to this day we still have not r one.
