Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We track progress from day to day, and month to month using a simple software system. This means you'll see real empirical data showing how much stronger, how much more flexible and mobile you're getting, and how you're replacing body fat with lean muscle. In other words, it's results that matter.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The idea of trying CrossFit is intimidating to many. They think hard-core, high-intensity workouts, heavy weights. We created an environment where you get personalized training and support to gradually become as fit as you want to be. Seeing you transform is the inspiration that motivates us.

What do you love most about your job?
Everything. Except maybe the burpees.
