Scott Smith knows about the importance of firearm safety. He began hunting at the age of 7 and eventually went on to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves and the Texas Army National Guard, where he trained soldiers in the use of various firearms. Scott brings this experience and dedication to NTX Firearms, helping teach students of all levels to become safe, responsible gun owners. Introductory-level, NRA–designed courses familiarize students with the fundamentals of handguns, rifles, and shotguns. Half-day courses provide the training and education that customers need before applying for a concealed-handgun license. Additionally, NTX Firearms offers specialized instruction, including clinics that cover hunting safety and the responsible use of period-authentic muzzleloading firearms.
